Every year, I have the opportunity to try out various dining experiences in Las Vegas. However, my top 10 dining experiences in 2022 have been exceptional, and I would like to share them with you.

Barry’s Downtown Prime at Circa Las Vegas undoubtedly tops my list. The vintage glamour and modern innovation at this classic steakhouse make for an unforgettable dining experience. The owner, Barry Dakake, has curated a restaurant that offers the finest steaks, seafood, creative cocktails, and outstanding service. The restaurant captures the classic cool of the ’50s and ’60s, where guests are made to feel like VIPs.

Scotch 80 Prime at The Palms is another classic steakhouse that offers an energetic vibe and a warm and intimate design, serving wood-grilled prime, dry-aged steaks, Wagyu steaks, and sustainable seafood.

Carversteak at Resorts World Las Vegas is the first dining concept developed by Carver Road Hospitality, offering an expansive 70-foot honed quartzite stone bar, a sweeping outdoor bar and dining terrace, and unique menu highlights.

SW Steakhouse at Wynn Las Vegas is a Forbes Travel Guide Four Star award-winning restaurant that offers prime aged steaks, Wagyu, and seafood dishes, with a prime view of the nightly shows on the Lake of Dreams.

Alder & Birch at Orleans Hotel & Casino celebrates American tradition with steaks, classic entrees, shared plates, hand-crafted cocktails, and prime steaks.
